equ (formerly Equilibrium) are a longstanding creative digital agency that has gone from strength to strength over the 25 years they have been in business. 
Their service offering and clientele has evolved significantly over that time, but the core brand had not moved at the same pace. 
I worked with the team to define the company positioning in relation to the rest of the market, then facilitated a full rebrand (including a slight rename from Equilibrium to the more enigmatic equ) that was then captured in comprehensive brand identity guidelines and communications guidelines.
