CMJ Food Services is a First Nations female-led food wholesale distributor based in Bomaderry NSW.
They came to us with a range of brand challenges in relation to market positioning, audience perception, staff alignment and value communication across both functional to conceptual usage.
At the centre of all this was a very strong brand mission that was not effectively being communicated through the heart of the company.
We worked with CMJ to help clarify and capture the core driving motivations behind the brand: the vision that informs their purpose and steers them forwards as people. This was an inspiring experience and that resulted in an empowering new brand foundation for the brand to win larger contracts with Government and corporate Australia.
